Description: This 3-piece banknote set comes with Rastenberg notgeld banknotes in 10 and 25 pfennig denominations. These notes were released in 1921 by the City of Rastenberg, a Federal state of Thuringia, and printed by Verlag E. Glitsch in Jena. The obverse of each paper bill features the coat of arms of Rastenberg at the center and the denomination on both sides. Their reverse designs feature a door, a stairway, and a building. The 10-pfennig bill is 64 x 45 mm in size while the 25-pfennig banknotes have dimensions of 80 x 58 mm. Banknotes from this set are in uncirculated condition.
