RARE Vintage Turquoise Blue & Gold Veined Glass Wired Flowers & Leaves Brooch

Description: I am confused by this brooch. It could be French or it could be CIS, just not sure. Each flower is glass with sparkling gold tone "veins" running through it. The leaves are slightly darker glass, very sculptural, with the same gilt veining. In the center of each flower is an antiqued gold tone bead. All the flowers are wired on with a thicker gauge wire, also in the same gold color. It is an incredible brooch, in excellent condition with no chips or damage that I can see. This brooch is almost 3 1/2" from top to bottom. Amazing brooch, unique high end design and construction. PLEASE NOTE: Although all my jewelry listings will be marked that returns are not accepted (due to eBay's change of policy from 14 day returns to 30 days), if an item is damaged in shipment or there are any condition issues that I missed, please send me a note and a photograph.
