It shows a figure deeply covered in flowers, holding out a single blossom as an offering. I believe the face concealed in the foliage is a self portrait of the artist. From an edition of 25 (exact number may vary from listing image). It comes from the collection of Barbara Torode, an artist and graphic designer, who was married to the artist, and who received some of his work as part of their divorce settlement in the early 1970s. Size: Sheet is 19" x 13" (roughly), plate is 8.75" x 7.75" Mark: Signed, titled and numbered in pencil in the margin. Condition: Some light thumbing along edges from handling, otherwise fine.
