The petticoat is completely hand made and the work is amazing. There are quite literally hundreds of tiny pleats at the waist band as well as seven rows of horizontal sewn in folds. Please note, there is no size tags but the current measurements are included below. The condition is very nice with some light soiling and yellowing and some minor surface soiling but no rips, tears or repairs. The actual current measurement are as follows taken with the garment laying flat.
