The one wheel is broken and has been for a long time. But what small child could leave their little hands off of it? This is out of my collection, and the smallest horse and bell toy I could find in over 40 years! Not repaired or even cleaned. The piece that holds the bell toy to the horse is around his chest, and has a bit of a shine in spots. But it would absolutely look better IF cleaned up correctly! Just 4" long and only 1 5/8" high. It is 1 1/2"from outside of the wheels, so YES it WILL fit on that little shelf! Probably before 1910, from the feel of the iron. No exact company, but remember they were just making toys, and many old toys were never marked by the makers. I don't think this little toy has even been reproduced, that's how uncommon it is!
