Description: Official USFL Wilson Game Football Chester "Chet" Simmons Commissioner RARE This football keeps it's shape but cannot be inflated. There is a slow leak from the air hole. It is in great condition and looked awesome in my personal and private collection coming from a smoke free home. This football is from 1983. The authentic official USFL footballs did not have the writing "Premium Grain Leather" and "Made in USA" on the panel that has the air hole. This writing was added to later balls in 1984 and 1985.
