Description: Large feature layout newspaper clipping from Detroit Times Newspaper dated April 2, 1947 and depicting sports action photos of Game 3 of the Red Wings Maple Leafs playoff series that year. Along the way it got pretty nasty as the photo spread indicates.The game ended with a 4-1 score in favor of the Buds. Paper is in well preserved condition, measuring approx. 42x36 cm (about 17"x14"). The paper will be shipped along its original fold lines. It is 77 years old and shows natural aging, toning, some edge wear, other expected imperfections. Wonderful piece of Red Wing and NHL history.
