Description: Here is complete set of Morbid Monsters Series 1 foil parallel cards made by NostalgiCards in 1999. There are 45 different characters that each come with 2 different color backgrounds. To make them easy to checklist, one set is marked with a single star (*) on the backs while the other is marked with 2 stars (**). This auction is for all 90 variation foil parallel cards (both photos - photo 1 is the 1 star and photo 2 is the 2 star). You only got one foil card per pack, so building a master set is quite a challenge. The set features artwork by William Bristow. The series was styled after the classic Ugly Stickers with names similar to Garbage Pail Kids. The backs contain a "Loathsome Limerick" about the character portrayed and are quite humorous.
