Very easy to use just drill a 1/4" hole though the shutter and deep enough for the plug into the wall, then push or tap the plug in. Be careful not to over push just let the plug head rest lightly again the shutter. Can also be used to as a quick and easy means to attach other decorative items to your house such as plaques or signs.
