If the return is due to my error, I will pay for return shipping, however if it is due to a change of mind or a garment not fitting (if the descriptions are correct) then the refund will ONLY be for the item and not for any of the shipping to or from. Claims: For glass or fragile items if the item is damaged in transit, I ask that you please keep all packing material and boxes and take as many pictures as possible for the claim with USPS/FedEx/UPS. I will refund you ASAP, but will need you to retain the damage until I can get the claim filed and approved. Payment: I ask that you please pay within 48 hours of your winning bid. If not, an unpaid case will be opened automatically by eBay. Shipping: I typically ship 3 times per week..Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This ensures that almost every package that is paid for is shipped within 48 hours of payment (minus weekends). I can and will ship on other days if needed sooner, but this needs to be addressed before final payment as the shipping price may change if it's requested for a rush ship. Once I ship, I cannot guarantee the shipping date as it's up to USPS at that point. Shipping prices may increase if you are located in Alaska or Hawaii. If you are international please be aware of what your shipping charges are internationally-I do not have those included in my pricing.
