The box reads, "The American Legion- National Headquarters- Indianapolis".Within the box bottom is a glued in felt pad with a plain cardboard lid. Razor is constructed using two peened pins, one of which serves as a pivot for the blade. Blade easily shaves paper with little effort. Very minimal corosion which would likley clear up with minimal cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner. Handle material appears to be a smooth nylon composite. Photos are of actual item for sale.
