Description: LONGACRES RACETRACK 1981 Club House 3½" x 2¼" Admission Ticket (*VG-EX) This is an offer for a 1981 Longacres Racetrack admission ticket No. 25222. The ticket was endorsed to Betty Carlson in black felt pen ink. The ticket was Union printed in the USA with C-69 Printing And Graphic Communications Union Made label. Ticket dimensions: 3½ inches x 2¼ inches card stock. "Longacres was a racetrack in the northwest United States, located in Renton, Washington, a suburb southeast of Seattle. From 1933 to 1992, it was the home of thoroughbred racing in western Washington and was the longest continually operated track on the West Coast of the United States. Longacres was the first racetrack on the coast based on parimutuel betting. The land was sold to the Boeing Company in 1990, and the track closed in September 1992." Condition: The ticket is in very good to excellent condition. There is some slight yellowing around the edges of the reverse side. The edges are straight and smooth. Buyer to self grade.
