The stamped steel lever with plastic thumb button will operate most mortise latches installed into the patio door (see -Line parts E 2008, E 2009, E 2014, and E 2111). This is non-keyed, but can be keyed by installing the -Line part E 2000 lock cylinder into the outside handle. Used by a variety of patio door manufacturers.
