Description: This listing is for a RARE 1880s Antique La Belle Glass Co Victorian Hobnail Crystal Opalescent Dew Drop Covered Butter. This measures 6 3/4 inches tall, is 5 1/4 inches across the rim, 5 7/8 inches across the widest part of the body. This is Called a Dew Drop butter but would make a great candy dish, jewelry holder or maybe even a centerpiece for a vanity or table. This piece is not marked by any maker as far as I can tell. This is in perfect shape with no chips, cracks or other imperfections. This is a heavy thick piece but does show flea bite type marks and has light chipping around the edges of the top and base but has no cracks or other damage. The pictures above show some of the imperfect edges and the final picture shows an add from the glass company showing this piece in the lower right hand corner. Fast safe and free shipping.
