It has been signed with a black permanent marker, in-person by the whole band, singer King Diamond (who has also added "INVERTED CROSSES" next to and "STAY HEAVY" and "9" below his autograph), guitarist Andy LaRocque, guitarist Mike Wead, bassist Hal Patino and drummer Matt Thompson (who has also added the year "2006" below his autograph) while touring Europe on April 26, 2006 in Helsinki, Finland.
