Description: This is a vintage 1965 Kenner play set No.28. It comes with a planning book for building with other models as well as the instruction page. The book and instructions aren’t in the best condition so I put them in a protective sleeve. I didn’t count each piece individually but there are a lot of parts. I don’t think this is a complete set based on the instruction page. Has many roof and window replacement parts. No clear panels included. The tracks have become very brittle over the years as well and have some cracks and breaks. The metal brackets for the tracks are included along with some light posts.
