This horror classic tells the gruesome story of an astronaut who is transformed into a gelatinous mass after returning from an ill-fated space voyage. To create the monster, makeup artist Rick Baker fashioned a slightly oversized skull-shaped helmet painted in flesh tone and covered with a gooey concoction of syrup and paint. This original one sheet poster is folded and in fine condition with some minor border distresses and normal fold line wear.
