Description: This case and complete set of bits appears to be in new, unused condition. I would call it Previously Owned instead of Used. Of the choices on eBay the closest was New Open Box. The bits are fresh and sharp and lightly oiled or greased at the bottom of the shaft. The bits are held in red plastic sleeves. These hold the bits more securely than the steel sleeves with holes. If you accidentally hold the case upside down, the bits will spill out of the case with holes but not the plastic sleeves. The case has a sheet on the inside of the lid that shows the correct size bit to use for various applications. The front of the steel case is stamped DRILLDEX. 1-60 A label says: National Twist Drill & Tool Division. On the back, inside, is the imprint HUOT ST. PAUL etc. See photo 3.
