The movement is dirty and it will need to be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. Bushings might be ok. The ratchet wheels work correctly. It comes with chains, a plastic bird, suspension spring, and leader. The plastic bird has scratches and needs to be cleaned. It is stamped Hubert Herr, Triberg Germany, Unadjusted and no Jewels. The plates measures about 2-11/16" by 2-7/16". The distance between plates is about 13/16". Sold as is. Please see pictures.
