House of Mystery 69 what a sweet Dream Girl cover, scarce book, only one on eBay

Description: I've always loved this cover. Can't find any copies on eBay or sold listings, or really any good comps in Heritage archives. I seem to remember seeing this book get a good price on the CGC boards.A 9.0 slab did sell for over $1000, which is 4x guide. (I'm also listing a #66, which is basically same deal--great cover, not on eBay.) GD 2.0 Tear at bottom which goes through most of the book. Stain middle left by the swami's head that also goes through a lot of pages as a smaller and smaller stain as you get to the middle of the book.
