SHIPPING All our items are packaged and sent in a stamped envelope. They will include instructions on how to use your decal when it arrives. We process orders Monday through Friday. If all information is supplied promptly to cut your custom decal/sticker, it typically takes two days to process your order. Depending on the size of your decal, it may come folded between the letters to make it fit into the envelope. All of our orders have free standard shipping, and depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 3 to 14 business days to receive. If you need expedited shipping with tracking, select that at checkout. Note: We do NOT provide tracking on standard free shipping unless you upgrade to first-class package shipping via the checkout. First-class mail takes 2-3 business days and will come with tracking for faster delivery. Items sent with free shipping are mailed with postage stamps. If you have yet to receive your decal in 14 Business days, please message me, and I will work with you to get you replacements. But, of course, once eBay gets involved, my hands are tied.
