The item came to us brand new and still in it's original packaging. The customer that purchased the third unit from us reported finding scratches on some of their parts. We opened this one and did find a few scratches on the horizontal pipe that supports the shower head, see picture 6. We originally sold these for $249.99, but we are taking $60 off for the scratches.
