The case has no cracks or broken hinges. The inserts are in excellent condition. What could be better: Disc 2 has a few light surface marks that do not affect play on my stereo. Cosmetic only. I would grade this copy of Dick's Volume 8 an A-. This concert has a great acoustic set and a performance of Cosmic Charlie, a rarely played Dead song. It's worth the price of admission alone.
