Description: From my own personal collection & fully play-tested: Side B is NEAR MINT with no visible or audible imperfections. Side A has a two light hairlines but little audible effect (which apparently happened while cleaning). A few crackles, but nothing significant. Side A play-tests as EX but the visible hairlines downgrade it to a solid VG+. The video sample included here is from Side A. The album jacket has some light wear on the spine and edges, but in solid VG+ condition. The inner sleeve is in NEAR MINT condition with no seam splits. I always store and ship records in an audiophile-quality anti-static inner sleeve and a protective 3 mil. plastic outer sleeve. I always fully clean and handle albums with audiophile gloves, not bare hands. This level of care should distinguish this listing from other sellers offering the same album who have given it less attention or care.
