This dress was presented on the runway in a garden floral and a lilac iteration. It features a lace overlay that covers the chest, sleeves, and neck. There is a nude color silk lining throughout the chest and back. This can be removed by a tailor if you wish to instead have only the lace overlay. There is a draped piece of black, silk satin the hangs across the bust. The back features an soft, inverted pleat at down the rear, which swings apart in motion. There is a concealed zipper and button closure along the back. There's an internal bustier corset with hook and eye closure. There is minor wear consistent with the age and the material of the garment. There are some light snags and pilling to the fabric (pictured), and there is pilling to the fabric on the inside of the bottom hem (pictured). There is a small, white mark on the side of the front near the hips. There is a small tear in the nude, silk lining on the back bottom (near the lower back) that can easily be repaired by a master tailor (pictured). There's also some wear to the lining along the back buttons (pictured). Missing the top button at the back of the neck. Missing composition label.
