There are different sets honoring these Statesmen', different watermarks - this set is the first set issued in 1948, and consists of sixteen (16) values as shown in the photo. They are fresh and bright, have interesting cancellations, an occasional stamp may be unused rather than used, and, they are in fine-very fine used condition. The 2015 Scott catalog value is $20.15.
