Description: Nice German WW2 1957 Veteran Bundeswehr 5 Miniature Medal Bar with Iron Cross 2nd Class, Close Combat Clasp in Silver, and others. No bad symbols - Approved by German government for public wear since 1957! Listing includes: 1x Miniature Medal bar or “Miniatureordensspange” with 1957 German type awards, including 5 miniatures of the Iron Crosses II class, Wound Badge in Black, Infantry Assault Badge in Silver, Eastern Front Campaign Medal, and the Close Combat Clasp in Silver for 30 days or more of hand-to-hand combat… As seen in pictures. Note that the miniatures are placed on red felt backing with a pin and hook for attachment to a uniform. This German veteran appears to have experienced plenty of combat on the Eastern Front during WWII and earning both bravery and combat awards. Note: This miniature medal bar probably belonged to a Veteran who wore his full size Iron Cross 1st Class and maybe higher on his uniform in a combination seen in pictures of both veterans and Bundeswehr members that earned these awards.
