Description: A wonderful vase in dark browns and gold on white in the GJ Faience Birds and Blooms series. Quite a find as the coronet gilded rim is intact with the coronet foot showing one repair as shown in photographs and two underside chips that do not affect the balance of the vase. Just a glorious collection of solitary birds in flight on three areas of the vase among descending tendrils of possibly white wild roses or hawthorn blossoms. As to be expected there is crazing but it does not detract from the display worthiness of the vase. Gilding is still generous and present. Please review the photographs and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks so much for looking.
