Couldn't find a manual online anywhere but there are several videos available to show you how to use this, Just search "Geneva PF-740" at YouTube. The unit powered up and ran a video tape both forward and backward just fine. Wasn't cleaning anything, just testing motor which works fine. The pads show a little use, (see pics). Being sold as is where is. Doesn't come with power supply I put batteries in it to test it and it is working very well with the batteries. All doors and compartments intact, no broken hinges or clips
