Description: This clock is an original piece from the mid-20th century, specifically manufactured between 1950-1959 in the United States. It has been modified to a quartz movement, with accessibility to the movement for setting the time and to change the battery. The old electric workings of the clock no longer worked so I thought it was time for an upgrade which is great. This also eliminated the unsightly cord.
