An absolute must own for any serious game collector.• This game is BRAND-NEW & FACTORY Y-FOLD SEALED w/ the security strip on the side!Cosmetically this game is in VERY GOOD condition overall. Aside from general surface wear including scuffs & scratches there are no visible tears or damage to the shrink-wrap. There is a very faint line impression along the front bottom edge of the game case / cover art (pictured below). The game disc is in place, not loose. The UPC is clean. OFFICAL US NTSC RELEASE. It will be packaged securely to protect its condition.
