Fashionista Barbie + “Sporty Girl” Skateboarder Black Warm Up Ensemble

Prior to that, sports activity for women in schools was basically limited to gym class activities, and maybe the opportunity to play basketball. Today girls can wrestle, row, play soccer and more. Mothers in the 60s tried to instill ladylike behavior in their daughters, which didn’t include doing ollies, nosegrinds and kickflips on a skateboard, pink or otherwise. Barbie is headed to the local skate park wearing a black warmups that include pants with white striping up the sides, a black tube top and long-sleeved jacket with “Sport” embossed on both. I added pink high-top sneakers, a pink skateboard held on the wrist with a tri-color beaded bracelet, a pink fanny pack, a pink crocheted beanie hat, a pink key on a bead chain necklace, and an iPhone on a jump ring on her right wrist. The brunette Fashionista doll is included. She has long straight hair, blue eyes, freckles, and non-flexing limbs. The doll is a rescue that had a lovely spa day, the outfit and accessories are new. Everything comes to you from a non-smoking, Barbie-loving home where the westie is a pro at Frisbee.
