excellent vintage hardy brass faced perfect salmon fly fishing reel 4.5" 1904

Description: for sale here is a really very nice and clean early circa 1904 hardy brass faced perfect circa 1904 , 4.25" size , original ivorine handle , original nickel silver drumscrew , rim tension with turks head locking nut all hardy maker/model details to faceplate , full unfiled and straight 4" pierced brass foot , lovely example and winds like a dream with no sticky spots and excellent strong loud check...1905/1904 style check , most leading intact as can be seen , a little light pitting on winding plate near R.I.H. logo but nothing major .excellent example this one , fully checked and serviced ., a really nice one rarely seen example this.. winds excellent.. no line cuts or flaws etc.. .no reason why it couldnt be used to be honest..... everything is tight and tidy.. a rare reel with this particular logo.. a cracker this one , i have polished and cleaned up the spool interior and it looks excellent...top reel this one.........ref box 1 please also view more excellent items on my other ebay account , ebay username is jennywrentackle if you buy a reel from me , you can be sure it has been through my workshop , lines removed , fully cleaned and serviced and any worn or damaged parts replaced with new ones , so no loose handles , no chewed up screws , no spool wobble or spindle wear , no bent or filed feet , no worn pawls , no loose rivets or missing parts , good tight springs and always described exactly as i see it , i do all the hard work so you dont have to worry about getting an inferior reelobviously the more vintage reels may have little flaws such as worn screw heads or paint wear or scratches etc but all items will be fully photographed and described correctly , if you are unsure then please contact me..
