Description: This is a pair of Euro Club Whip 199 ( style name ) black chap boots that were made into crotch high boots. The belt loops were removed. They are smooth cow leather and the heels are 3 3/4 high. Overall height including heels is 31. They are in excellent preowned condition. Soles look like they were not worn. Linings are good, heels are solid. No modifications. No repairs. No issues. No original box or I would include it. Size is USA 6 B ( medium width ) Factory # unknown. Made in Chile, ( Santiago ).
