Epiphyllum Seedlings Collection of 6 Different Hybrids

Description: Hybrid Epiphyllum Seedlings - Set of 6 Different Hybrids This offering is for six young seedlings from among my collection of Epi hybrids. These seedlings are first year cuties, and will require several years before becoming blooming size. As these are hybrids, each seedling will be unique, and the look of the flowers will only be known upon blooming. The flowers will possibly look like one of the parents, or somewhere in between. Or, they could be completely wild and dramatically different from either parent. Such anticipation! A great way to start a collection of totally unique and one-of-a-kind Epiphyllums! Who knows!? You might be growing the next Blue Ribbon Winner! And they're just so cute! No duplicates will be shipped - Each plant in the collection will be different. Growing seedlings has its benefits too. These seedlings are grown in a different location from my collection, to keep the young plants separated, so they will remain disease-free from any plant viruses and other diseases inherent in Epiphyllums; especially among the older varieties. Each seedling shipped is in a 2" pot, and will arrive with plant tags and detailed growing instructions. To avoid disturbance in transport, they will be shipped in their pots. (The plants are not as delicate as they may appear, and each seedling has multiple leads emerging, as may be seen in the photos.) The 'first name' of the hybrid is the seed pod parent X the 'second name' is the pollen parent.(If a hybrid is listed as: 'Name' Ex Nat = seed pod parent is naturally pollenated = pollen parent is unknown.) Each seedling will be its own, unique plant that will be a complete surprise when it first blooms. These seedlings will take from 4-5 (+/-) years before you see your first flowers. The better the care, the sooner the bloom. The patience required will be greatly rewarded with the first blooms! I've been growing and collecting Epiphyllums for over 45 years and enjoy over 700 varieties in my collection. It would be hard to choose a favorite, but it would probably have to be the one that's right in front of me! All photos are of plants in my own collection.
