The ARC's have welded steel D rings and come with a 2" shoulder strap and hand strap. This case has five external magazine pouches with Velcro closures, plus a Velcro closure accessory pocket. The case has been used but is in excellent condition although it could use a cleaning. There are two spots, see pics.
