Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage flaking at the edges of the cover that caused 3 inches of spine splitting the cover and centerfold are detached from one staple and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
