Description: DC Comics Milestone Prototype Dealer Promo Card #23 Skybox 1993 MINT Released in 1993 this is one of a set of 4 different dealer promo cards made to promote the release of the Skybox DC Milestone trading cards. They are card numbers 19, 20, 21 and 23 and are new unused mint cards that we acquired directly from Skybox many years ago and have been in their original plastic wrap until we opened some to do the scan.
