Description: This 1997 release from 101 KGB in San Diego, California features the station's long-running "Dave, Shelly & Chainsaw" Morning Show. Dave Rickards, Shelly Dunn and Cookie "Chainsaw" Randolph were a popular San Diego morning fixture from 1990 to 2022, first at KGB-FM as "The Dawn Patrol" before rebranding as the "DSC" at KIOZ (Rock 102/Rock 105.3), KGB-FM a second time, KFMB-FM (100.7 Jack FM), and finally returning to 101 KGB as "Dave, Emily and Chainsaw," paired with Emily Maguire after Dunn's retirement. This disc features comedy bits and audio from the show that are not available anywhere else.
