Description: This sweet doll dress came in a box of clothing that fit a 1940's composition doll that was given to me. The only item in the box that didn't fit the doll is this dress. It's beautifully sewn by someone handy with a needle and the embroidered rose on the cowl is perfection. The dress is modeled by my 19" Shirley to show length of the dress on a doll of her size. A slightly chubby doll would be the perfect candidate for the dress. It measures 9" from shoulder to hem, 5" across the shoulders and approximately 12" at the waist. There are no stains or tears or fading. It looks like new. I have stuffed the puff sleeves and pockets to hold the shape in shipping.
