Description: Offered here is this Beautiful Solid Wood Antique Twin Size Bedframe. It is in very good condition but does have a lot of surface scratches to the finish from general use over many years. There are a couple of small areas towards the bottom where there are some small gouges in the wood, but they could be stained to match and do not affect the structural integrity of the bed. I am unsure of the age or manufacture of the bed. It does NOT include a mattress. It is made of solid wood, with some light carved details, applied details, and carved ball and claw feet. It is finished in a dark mahogany stain. The frame will fit a standard twin size mattress. The siderails are each 6” tall from top to bottom, 5” from the top to the mattress support rail, and 72.5” long. The headboard and footboard are each 26.75” tall, 43” wide, and 39.5” wide across the slots where the siderails attach. There will be about a 12” clearance from the siderail to the floor.
