In order to receive an exchange the buyer must first contact Leisurefabric. Buyer may also be required to send a digital photo with the description. After review of the email, a return authorization number will be issued, and a call tag will be sent. NO FABRIC WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Once the fabric arrives at our location and is inspected for the described defect, and a new order will be sent.
