Description: This is a lower-grade copy of Archie Giant Series #177 (Archie/MLJ, 1970). This giant-sized issue has many stories featuring Archie and his friends. The cover shows a rock festival with the Madhouse Glads (kind of an Archie comics "house band" on the stage). I love Archie comics when you can tell from the cover right when they were published! This copy has some stress on the squarebound spine. The front cover is firmly attached except for a 1.5" split at the bottom. The back cover has a 3" split at the top and a 2" split at the bottom of the spine. There are some small tears on the edges of the cover. There are bends and wrinkles on the cover. The colors are vibrant, and there is a lot of cover gloss. There is moderate dusting on white areas of the cover. The interior pages are complete with no tears or cutouts. I have been selling comics on eBay for about five years, but I have been buying comics on eBay for about twenty years. As a buyer, it always makes me happy when comics are accurately described.
