Description: Charles ''Pete'' Conrad [1930 1999] was a U.S Navy officer and NASA astronaut who became the third man to walk on the moon as the commander of the Apollo 12 mission. Listed for auction is the autograph of Charles Conrad signed on a commemorative cover. The cover commemorates ''Man on the Moon'' and contains a color image of a moonwalker, and the autograph is signed ''Charles Conrad'' in black felt tip pen. The cover is postmarked Cape Canaveral, FL Non 19, 1969 and is affixed with one U.S. commemorative space stamp. The cover measures 6.50 x 3.75 inches and is in fine condition. The autograph is authentic, hand signed, and the commemorative cover is a nice vintage example of our third moonwalker.
