It comes with the scissor extension telephone mount and arm. Shows typical wear and blemishes. The cloth covered receiver cord and line cord appear to be in very good overall condition. Phone is stamped on earpiece WESTERN ELECTRIC COMPANY 143 AW and around base of phone PAT IN USA JAN 26 15, JAN 1 18, MAY 7 18, SEPT 21 20. The center of the rotary dial displays the AMERICAN TELEPHONE & TELEGRAPH CO. logo. The Courtesy Pays metal box has NO key and there are a few coins jingling inside. It came with the scissor extension arm and mount that appear to be in very good working condition.
