Description: Here we have an interesting pottery vase that dates right around 1900. This vase is likely Austrian or Hungarian ( possibly Helioscene). This example features a bulbous tapering body, an applied lizard that is wrapped from its lip to the base, and an iridescent glaze. The base has a small "3" on it with no other markings. This vase stands just under 5 1/4" tall and is in excellent condition without any chips repairs, or cracks. An interesting vase! If anyone has any questions, please ask.
