A maker of the finest quality hand-made boxes of the era, this box stands as a fine example of his work. It measures 6.25" wide, 1.75" tall, and about 4" deep. It is marked "J.F. Rosnell," which was the retailer of this piece. It is a mix of hand-hammered copper and sterling silver, and is lined in wood. Overall, the piece in in excellent condition, showing some minor surface wear, and no dents, dings, or restoration. It opens & closes properly.
