Description: Selling this antique carriage clock labeled as being made by ch hour. {Charles hour.} It was made in France.and has 11 jewels. The clock does keep time and does chime each hour. The number of chimes each hour is erratic. The number of chimes does not correspond to the hour. I am told that it needs a cleaning to correct. My clock guy also thinks it was made around 1810. .
