Description: Antique bronze candlestick. France, circa 1920.. This is a PRETTY and ANTIQUE bronze and cloisonné candlestick ( candle holder ) for one candle. Nicely decorated with cloisonné on the base and the handle, in dark and light blue, red and white colors. Excellent enamel work. White marble ( onyx ) square base. Totally in the Art Nouveau taste and period. Impressed mark on the back of the bronze handle with letter MJ ( likely the initials of the artist ) and number 458 ( see photo ).
