Description: This is an extremely nice antique 24lb. Columbia Family Scale. This one is really nice for its age. One of the better ones I've seen on Ebay. There was only one other that was this style front and had a round top I could find on Ebay or anywhere else and it was in poor condition. The issues with this is there is a small part loose inside which doesn't seem too effect the way it works. Everything seems too work as it should. There is also two small dents on the scale front gold ring, as pictured. I think someone with the right tools could lightly pop the dents out and make it look nearly perfect. All words seem too be pretty much completely readable and in good shape. Scale corners have some very light bends as pictured. Overall extremely nice piece that works. I believe this scale is early 1900's from what I've read. Selling as is as pictured. Shipping too 48 U.S. states.
